Lead Times and Shipping Info

Lead times:

• Stock ergonomic accessories have a lead time of five working days. Special order accessories’ lead times vary depending on manufacturer’s lead times
• Stock chairs have a lead time of five working days. Other seating lead times vary depending on brand/manufacturer’s lead times. Check individual product posts for info.
• Desks lead times vary. Please email regarding lead times.

Shipping:

• Currently shipping is limited to NSW (metropolitan and most rural areas), ACT, Victoria (metropolitan areas only). and Queensland (metropolitan areas only).
• Delivery charges are calculated on weight of items. Each item is weighed in 500gram units. For example if there are 4 items ordered that weigh under 500grams each, the shipping weight will be calculated as 4 x 500grams = 2kg, regardless whether overall weight is less than 2 kg. All chairs are calculated to weigh over 20kg, due to shape/volume of shipping.
• The shipping rates are as follows:
• 0-5kg - $9.90 inclusive of GST
• 5.5kg-10kg – $15.40 inclusive of GST
• 10.5kg-15kg – $19.80 inclusive of GST
• 15.5kg-20kg – $25.30 inclusive of GST
• 20.5kg+ – $29.70 inclusive of GST  
• Delivery of desks is included in the price for the regions listed above.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable
